RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR WORLD RECORD 2016

  1. The process of the event shall begin by 7.00AM sharp and the participants have to report in time. Late comers may not be allowed into the venue.
  2. Agenda and location plan shall be given at the reporting gate. The participants and their families should strictly follow the same.
  3. The kit for the event will consist of Solar Cooker, T-Shirt, Cap, Ingredients for cooking noodles and a water bottle.
  4. Dress Code: Children shall wear the Sooryakumbh T-Shirt and Cap provided at the venue.
  5. The event involves working in the SUN, those who cannot sustain direct sunlight are advised to take due care.
  6. The model of the Solar Cooker kit given is according to the age group and cannot be exchanged.
  7. Junior group children will be accompanied by the mother or grand mother in the work area.
  8. Parents of senior group children will not be allowed in the work area. They will have to be seated in the viewers gallery.
  9. The cooker assembly, preparation of the ingredients and cooking of the noodles will be explained from the dias set up in the work area.
  10. Parents will be responsible for the discipline, hygiene and health needs of the children.
  11. The entire process of the event from start to finish will be organised as per the norms of Guinness Book of World Records and cannot be questioned or objected to by the participants or their families.
  12. Registration fee is non refundable.
  13. Kaushalya Global and its Branches / Franchisees will do everything in their control to make the participant a part of the World Record attempt. However Kaushalya Global, its Branches / Franchisees or any of its representatives shall not be liable for any loss consequential to its failure to create the World Record for reasons beyond its control, acts of god or Force Majeure causes.
  14. Number of adults accompanying the child have to be mentioned in the registration form. No extra members shall not be allowed.
