Franchise Investment Time Lines
Annexure - I
1. The Franchisee will make a payment of Rs.1.30 Lacs at the time of signing the agreement. Against this payment, the Franchisor will make available the following inventory:
- DMIT scanning software
- One scanner
- 30 pins
- Midbrain activation software ( valid for 1 Year)
DMIT
These DMIT pins shall be marketed @ Rs.3500/- per report. The franchisor will help in the marketing at the central level. In addition to the initial software cost, the franchisee will pay 50% of the income of first 30 pins of DMIT (i.e. 1750 x 30 = 52500/-) as a onetime royalty. All subsequent pins shall be supplied @ Rs.1150/- per pin plus service tax.
2. The remaining investment of Rs. 9.70* Lacs – (AC Preschool) /Rs.6.70* Lacs (Non AC Preschool) shall be invested in the following areas:
- Painting
- Computer/Laptop/Printer
- Signboards
- Furniture
- Civil works for splash pool, sand pit etc
- (Air Conditioners), if applicable
- Electricals, if necessary
- Teaching Aids
- Toys
- Appliances
- Gymnastics Equipment
- Telephone, Mobile. Internet connections
- Inventory of Educational Aids and other items
- Educational Aids
- Stationery
- Story Books etc
- ( Brachiation Ladder) , if applicable
- UPS Systems / Inverter
- CCTV Camera System
- Rental deposit/Advance rent
- Yoga mats
