A day in the life of our student

NURSERY / PLAYGROUP

9:00 AM - 9:20 AM: Assembly

We greet all our teachers and friends, talk about the weather, sing rhymes, pray and get ready for the day. We do have special assemblies also on various themes.
9:00 AM - 9:20 AM: Shlokas / Value Education

We learn to remain rooted in our values.
9:25 AM - 9:35 AM: Language/ Reading cards/ Dot cards & EC Cards

We learn our phonics and letters of the alphabet.
9:35 AM - 9:50 AM: Math/ Reading cards/Dot cards & EC cards

Its fun time with numbers,value counting and shapes.
9:50 AM - 10:15 AM: EVS/ Reading cards/Dot cards & EC cards

We are ready to explore the world through various themes.
9:50 AM - 10:15 AM: -----------------BREAK-----------------

We love to eat all by ourselves
10:15 AM - 10:30 AM: Picture Talk and Vocabulary building

We learn through pictures, and build our vocabulary by learning new words.
10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Audio Visual/Story Time.

Get-set-go for a good story. We love this class to go on happily ever after And we enjoy it through interactive narrations, role plays and puppet shows.
10:45 AM - 11:00 AM: Brachiation/Show and Tell

We are curious to observe and discover about what we feel,see and touch.
11:00 AM - 11:15 AM: Music and Dance

We learn to sing new rhymes and songs and dance to musical beats.
11:15 AM – 11:30 AM: FMS and GMS

Using our fingers we learn to do lots of things and have a lot of physical Activities to enhance our Gross Motor skills.

It's time to work to learn our alphabet,word families and build our vocabulary.
9:40 AM - 10:00 AM: EVS

We have various themes on EVS every month which we explore the world and learn through interactive sessions and activities.
10:00 AM - 10:20 AM: Maths

We have fun with numbers and learn new concepts.
10:20 AM - 10:40 AM: -----------------BREAK-----------------

We enjoy eating on our own and talking to our friends
10:40 AM - 11:00 AM: Drawing and Colouring / Arts & Crafts

We get creative with various craft activities and learn to use our colour concepts.
11:00 AM - 11:20 AM: Hindi / Written work

It's time for hindi and we love writing.
11:20 AM - 11:30 AM: Music / Dance/ Gymnastics

We also enjoy dancing to musical beats or learn to sing rhymes and songs.Gymnastics help us to develop our overall Gross motor skills.
11:30 AM - 12:00 AM: Reading Sessions

We learn new words and build our vocabulary by reading a book.

12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Story Time

We enjoy it through interactive narrations, role plays and puppet shows.
1:00 PM - 1:30 PM: FMS/GMS/Show and Tell

We learn how to use our fingers to do various fine motor skill Activities. It fun also doing physical activites to keep fit.We learn To discover and learn about new things and talk about what we See.
